Currently working on a research project that involves creating regenerated cellulose fibers from kombucha SCOBY (via wet spinning and electro spinning). Also using the bacteria cellulose from SCOBY to extract cellulose nanocrystals .

Additionally, I am leading a research project that involves extracting CNC's from hemp agricultural waste. Trying to develop a coating procedure that allows the CNC's to act as a water proof coating.
